Ag Research Solutions is a private company involved in collaborative research with government and academic institutions, crop commodity organizations, applied research associations, agribusinesses and producers. We specialize in crop protection with emphasis on plant diseases. Our activities are focussed in areas such as diagnosis, surveillance, applied research and extension.

Ron Howard is a plant pathologist with a background in research extension and management. Ron worked for the Alberta Department of Agriculture for 39 years prior to his retirement in 2014. He now does consulting work in the areas of plant and crop diseases including disease diagnosis, design and conduct of applied research.
